How She Move? Really?

A free copy of my film BEAUTIFUL THINGS for anyone who can name a previously released film that the upcoming Paramount release HOW SHE MOVE resembles. I've already come up with 3:

STOMP THE YARD

I already own your movie, but I can think of two more. They don't involve a group competition, but they have similar themes: Step Up and Save the Last Dance.

    I didn't see the pics.

Could be a case of that ole Hollywood Repetition...

Take something that (half-ass) worked, and do it over and over and over and over and over again... until forever... until infinity.

    LOL

It seems to have a lil' bit of Honey in it...if it aint broke, don't bother to fix it, I guess...

@ Cilla - I did think about those 2, as well as films like Honey and Bring It On.

    @ TBA - H-Wood monotony. It's certainly uninspired.

@ Thembi - Problem is, it is broken :o) They need to fix it now.

    it's sad...
you actually have no clue that HOW SHE MOVE isn't even like these others films at all....
    yet you hate on it.
    so pitiful.
the way they're MARKETING the film & what the film ACTUALLY is, may, in fact, be 2 very different things.

    don't be so ignorant.
go & SEE it first, b4 u judge.

    @ JJ

If the marketing isn't at all indicative of what the film is really about, as you seem to be insinuating, that's no fault of mine. I make my judgments based on what the distributor gives me and what I've read about the film. And if the trailer and the synopsis are any indication of what the film is like, and I don't see why they wouldn't be, then as far as I'm concerned, it's no different than any of the other films listed above. So I'll gladly remain "ignorant" as you put it, and not see the film. However, when it is released, and if it is proven to be something that's very different than any of the other films mentioned, which I highly doubt, please feel free to come back and give a thorough review and analysis, and prove me wrong! Or, since it appears that you've already seen the film, enlighten us, as opposed "hating back" with personal attacks.
