I remember "Putney Swope" from TV. Yeah, they actually showed it on a local D.C. independent station (Channel 20) when I was a kid. And it was quite a scan'lous event.
^ Wow, it was Ronnie Dyson. He had a few nice hit singles.
Yup, it was... not that I had any idea who he was until I read your comment. I had to look him up.
Now I know... I'm listening to some clips of him on YouTube right now.
^ My favorite of Dyson's is "One Man Band." I relate to the lyrics totally.

I STILL haven't seen Putney Swope!! It's been on my DVD rental list forever but still doesn't seem to be available here in the UK.
